NT School of Music Attains Prominent National Rating

Since it's origin in 1946, the School of Music has developed into a realm of prominence exceeded by few institutions in the nation.

Music students are encouraged to participate in come of the many voice and instrumental groups with the school Among those are the A Cappella Choir, the Chapel Choir, the Grand Chorus, and the Madrigal Singers, the Concert Band, the Marching Band, and the String Symphony Orchestra.

A majority of the students majoring in music are placing their concentration on the field of music education. Still others are preparing for a professional career with a concentration in voice, composition, dance band, or a similar area.

Many graduates are now teaching in high schools, colleges, and universities. Others have gained notability in various aspects of professional music.
