Air Force Ball Features Outer Space Decoration

An Outer Space motif, music by Hal McIntyre, and a dance floor filled with men in Air Force blue and their dates in colorful formals -- these were the main elements in this year's annual Air Force Ball.

Each unit sponsored a table decoration for the ball. The tables were designed to bring out the Outer Space theme. Sponsoring the winning table was the Sabre drill team. Runner-up was Squadron 4.

Angels' Flight members were individually presented and were escorted by members of their sponsoring organization, Arnold Air Society. The Flight choral group presented several numbers.

Among the guests at the ball were Pres. J. C. Matthews, Dr. Imogene Bentley, Dean of Women, and William G. Woods, Dean of Men.
