Debate and Forensics Debaters Shine On Weekends

Weekends usually mean a chance to get away from it all. But for members of the Debate and Forensics Club, Friday just starts the ball rolling.

Weekends are enlivened by tournaments at area and regional schools, such as TCU, Southeast Oklahoma and Southern Mississippi.

This year North Texas' senior squad was composed of two women, Jebby Prindle and Cathy Stricklin. In many of the debate events the pair faced all-male competition.
