Alpha Chi Sigma Chemists Assist Scouts On Badge

As a special project this year, Alpha Chi Sigma members gave demonstrations and technical assistance to high school Boy Scouts working on chemistry merit badges.

A national professional fraternity, Alpha Chi Sigma is composed of male students who plan to work in some branch of chemistry.

The club presents the Outstanding Freshman Chemistry Award at the University Day Honors Assembly held each spring. It also offers a tutoring service for beginning chemistry students.

The group also held a Homecoming and a Christmas party.
