New club founded for NTSU women

A new women's service club, Tri-Service, came on campus in the spring of 1968. Tri-Sys worked the Renaissance Conference in April and appeared for the first time in uniform on May 8th when ushering at Honors Day.

The organization worked at graduation, registration, orientation, voting polls, and speech tourneys.

Ushering at fine arts events, giving library tours and reading to the blind were also part of their activities.

Following Tri-Sys rush in the fall, 27 new members took part in a four-week orientation on North Texas.
