High-Performance Computing Initiative


Purpose

Academic Computing Services supports multiple clusters of 32 and 64-bit processor systems running Linux for compute-intensive scientific research. Cluster computing provides dedicated systems for concurrent processing of jobs in a batch environment. For more information, see the Cluster Readme File or contact Duane Gustavus.

Access

The cluster is intended for computationally intensive LINUX-capable software. This system is available for use by any faculty or currently enrolled qualified student at UNT. Student access must be sponsored by a faculty member.
