Education is expensive in the United States. It is difficult to secure a scholarship to fund a college education in the United States. Therefore, you must plan ahead. Explore a variety of options.

Look at funding sources from your country, the UNT Scholarship office, UNT departments and external sources. See links at right.

Any UNT student who receives a competitive scholarship of $US 1000 or more is eligible for the Texas resident tuition. This in-state tuition rate is considerably lower than the out-of-state tuition.
