The Congressional Internet Caucus is a bipartisan group that was formed this
spring to educate members of Congress about how the Internet works and bring
more members of Congress on-line. They are promoting the Internet as a way to
facilitate better communication between members of Congress and their
constituents.
The stated goals of the Caucus are as follows:
The group was co-founded by Representatives Rick White(R-WA), Rick Boucher
(D-VA), Senators Larry Pressler (R-SD) and Patrick Leahy (D-VT).
