This site promises "a daily link to political sites which are entertaining, informative and/or relevant to the current discourse. The sites are selected by merit in the above areas, not by ideology."

If that's not enough for you, AllPolitics (http://AllPolitics.com/analysis/web) has a "Web Site of the Day" also. AllPolitics promises to help you "find your way through the babble by recommending the pages worth your time and steering you away from the junk."
