Vice President for Administration

The Office of the Vice President. for Administration, directed by Phil Diebel, reports to the President; leads key University initiatives and supports the day-to-day operations of the Office of the President; works with the President and Vice Chancellor for Administration Services in different aspects of University operations; and directs and supervises several offices, including Facilities, Human Resources, Risk Management and Environmental Services, Police, Parking and Transportation, Equal Opportunity, Policy Administration and Contracts Administration. The overseeing of these reporting offices includes responsibility for budgets, employment, training, and evaluation of performance.
