Policy Administration

The Office of the Vice President for Administration works with the Staff Council on all policies and procedures directly affecting the staff and ensures that changes in policies, procedures, programs and organizations are included in the UNT Policy Manual and reported, when appropriate, to external agencies. Notification of policies scheduled for review and procedures for conducting the reviews are sent out by the V.P. for Administration office.

The UNT Policies' and Systems Policies' web sites are maintained with revisions and additions being addressed within specific timeframes of four years and as required to conform to legislative changes. New policies may be submitted at any time.

The Policy Approval Sheet, which should accompany a new or revised policy, and a Policy Revision Flow Chart are available on the homepage for the UNT Policy Manual. Instructions on how to use the Download version of the Policy Manual are also noted on the homepage.
