Service to older adults has marked Don's career since matriculation from the Center in 1977. Now the President and CEO of Otterbein Homes, a not-for- profit corporation serving six owned retirement communities and providing management/affiliated services to two other communities, Don also believes personal involvement is key to fulfilling the mission of his organization. He has served as the Chairman of AAHSA, President of the New Jersey Association of Non-Profit Homes for the Aging and various other boards and committees dedicated to the health and welfare of older adults. Most recently Don has been in on the ground floor of creating a unique concept in preserving choices for seniors living in not-for-profit communities in the Greater Cincinnati area. He serves on the board of Momentum Health Solutions, a Medicare risk product, designed specifically for those residents living in not-for-profit retirement communities, allowing them to receive care at their home community.
