How did you hear about the Ally Program?
- The Ally website
- Being a RA, Mary Finley came and talked to
my RA class, it made me interested in the Ally program.
- Flyer posted in my resident hall
- Official UNT e-mail
- Through Dan Emenheiser
What activity did you find most helpful?

Definitely the practice with conflict solving with
Lisa and Tim
·
GLSEN and the talk on the 6 types with Gil
·
The transgender information was definitely helpful and
showed me what I need to work on.

All of the speakers. The role playing was fun.

What activity did you find least helpful?
- Nothing. I really enjoyed all of the
program (2)
- Although I enjoyed the GLSEN information,
its very difficult to apply that to college students.
- The role playing part was lacking in
structure.
- Information about the GBLT Chamber
Do you have any suggestions for revising
future training? Explain.
- Longer breaks; sitting down for a long
time
- I loved it all! Don’t change a thing.
- Have them move around more.
- No, it was great!!
What issues or area would you like to learn
more about at Ally Continuing Education sessions?
- GBLT organizations and programs on the UNT
campus
- More active roles I can take
- I would love an outline of all the GBLT
organizations on campus as well as their meeting information.
- Sexism. Acceptance of lesbians more than
guys in many situations
- Maybe a little more general diversity

Trans Presentation.
What activity did you find the least helpful?
Do you have suggestions for revising future
training?
- More time for panel discussions.
- Be careful about repeating material – for
example, repeating offensive words
What issues or area would you like to learn
more about at Ally Continuing Education sessions?
- The packet is outstanding!
