What has been your favorite/best UNT experience so far? Being a SGA Freshman Intern has been my best experience so far. Becoming a member of such an integral organization provided me with overwhelming opportunities. I was able to meet other leaders of my own age group to help become acquainted with the campus. Also, we were able to find out about issues that were of concern to students and represent their interests. SGA was also a launching pad for networking. I was privileged to meet all sorts of administrators, deans, and executives within UNT. SGA Freshman Interns was more of an 'eye-opener' into what opportunities UNT has to offer and finding my own potential. However, despite the fact that I loved being a SGA Freshman Intern, just being on campus mingling with new people and having fresh, different cultural experiences could perhaps be on the same level of best experiences.

What advice would you give to prospective students? Every student should look at the different organizations this university has and find one that would be fitting for their desires. Here at UNT there is a place for everyone. If you have trouble finding a group or organization to partake in you always have the resources to start your own group. Your college experience is what you make of it. Wherever you decide to go, you should seize each opportunity to shape your college experience. Then you will have the time of your life and stories to go along.
