In
the fall of 1998 UNT started a new program to help with the recruitment
and retention of students. The program consists of 16 student recruiters
/ tour guides called Eagle Ambassadors. The Eagle Ambassadors are
doing just that — visiting with interested students and showing
our guests around campus.
The
Eagle Ambassadors are tour guides, student recruiters
and ambassadors. They have had training in such areas as UNT history
and traditions, serving diverse populations, etiquette and general
university knowledge.
They
take visitors on tours of campus and answer questions about the university
from a student's perspective.
They also
work closely with the Office of the President to provide a student's
perspective to guests, donors and alumni of the university.

Find out more about the Eagle Ambassadors. This page explains a little
about the program and us. Maybe you'll find out that we have something
in common. We bet you do.
Campus Tours
We'd like to invite you to visit our campus. Eagle Ambassadors lead
the campus tours, which is a great way for you to learn a lot about
UNT in a very short visit. Find out the times and days that tours are
provided. You can even schedule a tour online. We also have a campus
map that will show you not only what campus looks like, but how far
away it is from several cities in the area. Click on "Campus
Maps" to check it out.
