Graduation check is conducted through the College of Public Affairs and Community Service Student Services Center in Chilton Hall 289, 940-565-4664. The SCS Student Services Center is open 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Monday and Tuesday; 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Wednesday through Friday. Advisers are available for scheduled appointments or walk-in advising throughout the week. 

Fill out graduation check request and leave with the front desk. The goal of the SCS Student Services Center is to prepare your updated degree plan in 2-3 weeks. Be advised that this process may take longer during peak period such as the beginning and end of the semester. Requests are prioritized according to expected graduation date.  You may make an appointment with your advisor for any questions after receiving your degree plan in the mail.

The intention of this policy is to protect students by taking the time necessary to give you the most accurate information possible.
