We understand the mess computers can make in life and well do the best to help you out. However, you can help us out by knowing a few things beforehand. In fact, the more you know about your computer, the easier it is to help. The first thing we need to know is your credit card number and expiration date, and then your cumulative GPA. Well, not actually. Well never ask you anything like that, no matter how tempting. All in all, we honestly need you to be able to answer the following questions before you call the Helpdesk:
