The following people were recognized as Soaring Eagles in the
September 2003 issue of the Human Resources Newsletter:
- Howard Draper, Helpdesk Consultant, was praised for his
ability to remain calm, friendly and helpful in a difficult situation.
- Bob Saringer, CATV/Communications Technician,
Telecommunications, was recognized for the forethought and planning he
displayed in rectifying a satellite problem.
