As part of our Microsoft
campus agreement for faculty and staff, the folks in Redmond have sent
us new Elearning Installation CDs - some with older training slightly
reorganized and some with new training for new products. Of greatest
interest will be the complete training for Office 2003 and all of its
components including hard-to-find Visio 2003 training. Network
managers should be happy to see more Server 2003 Technologies training
available.
In order to get this training installed on their machines, UNT
faculty and staff (this training is not available for students -
students should use the Microsoft Training available from
KnowledgeNet)
should
contact their network managers. Network managers should note that
a complete manual of instructions for installation of Microsoft
Elearning was published in
this February 2004 article in Benchmarks.
