Microcomputer Maintenance and Classroom Support Services Join CITC

Interim Provost Gary S. Krahenbuhl announced on May 21 that he had taken action to "implement the reallocation of resources called for by the Fiscal Year 2007-08 spending plan adopted by the university administration and then approved by the UNT System Board of Regents at their February 9th quarterly meeting." Part of the outcome of Krahenbuhl's action was that the Microcomputer Maintenance Shop and Classroom Support Services began reporting to the Associate Vice President for Computing, Dr. Maurice Leatherbury.

A website, Answers to Questions about the Changes in the Microcomputer Maintenance Shop and Classroom Support Services, has been set up to address questions and concerns that may arise as a result of this change. Included in the website is a list of dates for various changes and contact information for further inquiries. See also, New computer purchasing procedures for UNT.
