Call Tracking and IT Support:
UNT CITC recently upgraded its IT
call tracking system from Remedy version 5 to BMC/ Remedy ITSM version 7.
Number of:
Requests generated in
Remedy (over 10 years): 136,809; Users Supported in ITSM 7
(including former students): 144,329; IT Support staff using ITSM 7:
277; UNT IT knowledge items in ITSM 7: 113 (and growing).
