Mission: Through our services, we strive to support the academic success and overall wellness of UNT students through professional counseling and other clinical services, career counseling, general consultation,  mental-wellness screenings, educational programming and referral services.  We also consult with Parents, Faculty and Staff who may be concerned about a UNT student, while still respecting the confidentiality of our clients.  For the student's permission, as beneficial, we often work closely with other UNT student services such the Health Center psychiatrists and physicians, Meadows Substance Resource Center, the Career Center, Office of Disability Accommodation and many other support services.

Testing services provides both traditional testing as well as computer-based testing. Please see the proper phone number and location above, as these services are located in different buildings on campus.  Please see the testing webpage for more information and call if you have any questions.

We value diversity and differences of all kinds.

This website is intended to help you find enough information to help you know more about how we can help and to be a catalyst toward growth and change.  We offer some self-help resources as well as some on-line screening tools.  Please remember that screening tools or on-line educational data cannot take the place of an in-person professional consultation or counseling.
