Required courses are MUTH 1380, 1390, 1480, 1490, 2380, 2390, 2480, 2490 and 3410-3420; MUMH 1600, 3500, 3510, and 3 hours of 4000-level Music History (MUMH); plus 4 semester hours in applied music performance, concentration level (MUAC). 2. Students must pass the Piano Proficiency Examination and the Theory Proficiency Examination and satisfy the laboratory participation requirements for all music majors.
