The School of Community Service is composed of graduate and undergraduate academic programs, institutes, research departments and centers. The school offers programs leading to the following graduate degrees:

• Master of Science with majors in applied economics, behavior analysis, rehabilitation services (with concentrations in vocational evaluation and rehabilitation counseling), sociology (with concentrations in family and the life cycle, social organization/disorganization and urban sociology), administration of long-term care and retirement facilities, administration of aging organizations, and applied gerontology;
• Master of Arts with majors in sociology (with concentrations in family and the life cycle, social organization/disorganization and urban sociology), administration of long-term care and retirement facilities, administration of aging organizations, and applied gerontology;
• Master of Public Administration; and
• Doctor of Philosophy with a major in sociology with concentrations in family and the life cycle, social organization/disorganization and urban sociology.

The faculty of the school also participates in the master's degree program with a major in interdisciplinary studies offered through the School of Graduate Studies. See the Toulouse School of Graduate Studies section of this catalog for more information about this degree program.

The Department of Rehabilitation, Social Work and Addictions offers a special certificate program for rehabilitation facility administrators, workshop managers and supervisors that focuses on administrative, management and supervisory principles and practices.

The Department of Behavior Analysis offers a specially designed series of four courses for employees of state facilities for the developmentally disabled.

Students in other fields may minor in any of the School of Community Service degree programs with consent of the minor professor.
