Theory major candidates must complete MUTH 1380, 1480, 1390, 1490, 2380, 2480, 2390 and 2490 with a B average and no grade lower than C and must complete all remaining theory courses with no grade lower than B: MUTH 3410, 3420, 3510, 3520, 3550, 4370, 4520, and 4920; MUCP 4330, 4340 and 4510.
Candidates must complete 12 hours and pass the Concentration Proficiency Examination in the major instrument.
