Getting Started

There are four easy steps to complete your enrollment with us:

Step 1: Meet the requirements below:

Undergraduate Qualifications

Graduate Qualifications

Must have and maintain at least a 2.5 GPA at UNT.

Must have and maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA at UNT.

Must have a declared major.

Must be currently enrolled in a graduate degree program.

Co-op students should be available to work more than one semester prior to graduation.

If you do not meet the above requirements, we hope you will consider our program as soon your qualifications change.

Step 2: Provide your personal information:
Set up your Eagle Network account here

Step 3: Create and upload a draft of your resume:
Prepare a one-page resume (MS Word) and upload to your on-line account-My Account-My Documents

Important:  If you do not upload your resume, you will not be able to apply for jobs (The only exceptions will be jobs that require you to apply at a company’s website.).

Step 4:  Call to activate your account:
After you’ve completed all of the above information, call (940-565-2861) to activate your account.  If interested, you can also schedule a meeting with your coordinator, who can evaluate your resume and show you how to best navigate the Eagle Network database.

Un-Official Transcripts

Because most internship/co-op employers require a minimum overall GPA of 2.5 or higher, you will need to e-mail or bring a copy of your unofficial transcripts to our office (Marquis Hall Room 208) for GPA verification.  Unofficial transcripts can be found through your “My UNT” account.  For now, we will use the information you have provided, but your account will go inactive if we do not receive your transcripts.

International (F-1) Students

If you are an international student, you will need to obtain written verification of permission to work off-campus from the International Advising office (Kendall Hall, Room 171) before you are eligible to begin working in a co-op or internship position.  Please bring this letter to our office (Marquis Hall Room 208) at your earliest convenience.
