Derick was on site to provide training on the Kinetic Request product which is slated to replace the functionality of custom incident submission pages programmed in perl on the current Remedy system.

Dan Kidd mentioned that Dell Optiplex 745 desktops were near end of life, and recommended that similar configurations in the 755 be adopted as the recommended systems for UNT. Philip Baczewski promised to distribute the proposed new configurations to DCSMT members as well as those involved in the development of the Optiplex 745 recommendations.
