APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Minutes from June 3, 2011, were approved as written.
NEW HORIZONS TRAINING SERVICES
Eric Jordan and Gary Britton were on hand from New Horizons to discuss their new online training program and to highlight classes that may be of interest to distributed managers and to computing end users.
No old business was discussed.
Chris Strauss showed the links to the development/test version of BMC Remedy ITSM 7.6 and asked that distributed managers try out the new system and provide feedback. More extensive discussion is planned for the July 1 meeting of DCSMT.
It was mentioned that John Hooper had been named Deputy System CIO.
Gabe Marshal reminded managers of the upcoming EPO and encryption training classes.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:30 a.m. The next meeting is scheduled for July 1, 2011.
