The October 3, 1997 meeting of the DCSMT was very abbreviated because of other meetings that several members had to attend. The only item of business was Tim Christian's call for long-range planning information from each of the distributed areas. Tim got agreement from the members attending to forward to him any planning documents they had, and Tim said that he'd distribute the collected documents to the DCSMT.
The meeting adjourned at 2:30 PM.
