Special Guest Lecturer

R. David Paulison, Under Secretary of Federal Emergency Management and the Director of the Federal Emergency Management Agency,
spoke at the University of North Texas on Wednesday, January 24, 2007. His talk focused on upcoming organizational changes in FEMA and the challenges confronting emergency managers, and included a question/answer session. The International Emergency Management Student Association and the Emergency Administration and Planning Program in the Department of Public Administration hosted the talk.
