If you have any questions on what you can or cannot release, check with your supervisor, the Office of Legal Affairs (X2717), or the Registrar’s Office (X4609).
After reviewing the above information, print the Acknowledgement Form and return it to Lareen Hamilton in the Registrar’s Office, Room 147, Eagle Student Services Center, or FAX it to (940) 565-4463. After the form has been received, your security levels will be assigned allowing you to view information on the Enterprise Information System (EIS).
