The University of North Texas Campus VPN is an interface that will allow users to connect remotely to on-campus resources. This will allow employees and students of the University of North Texas to work from off campus using resources they otherwise could not access. The connection from the user's machine to the Campus VPN is an encrypted connection which allows secure access to resources otherwise unavailable. Look here for details.
The UNT Student Storage system has been replaced by SkyDrive. SkyDrive has 5+ gigabytes of storage space! Files on the UNT Student Storage can still be accessed for a short time. Please download all your files on UNT Student Storage before the system goes offline.

DreamSpark is Microsoft's program that provides free development software to students. Full professional versions, not demos or 30 day trials, of Visual Studio 2008, Expression Studio, Windows Server 2003, and XNA Game Studio 2.0 may be downloaded with a simple login into the DreamSpark Web site.

The CITC has released the new IT Help Center. Here you can report computing related issues you are having. In addition
we are now using a new Knowledgebase which will contain answers to commonly asked questions.

Passwords expire every 120 days. If you are having trouble logging into a website your password may be expired. You can reset your password at http://ams.unt.edu (AMS).
