Over the summer of 2013 the University of North Texas upgraded our EagleConnect Email system to the Office 365 platform. One side effect of this upgrade was that SkyDrive and the free Office Web Apps were moved off of EagleConnect and onto Microsoft's Live.com platform. Fortunately, these services are available for free to everyone.

Fall 2013 classes start Wednesday, August 28th. If you do not see your online class in Blackboard please read the following:
Blackboard Learn now has a browser check which will help you verify if your computer and browser are compatible with the Blackboard Learn system. Please note that the Browser check may state that your browser is not supported. As long as you are using the latest update of your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or IE) your browser should be compatible with Blackboard Learn.
5:00pm - The EagleConnect Upgrade is now complete. If you had been using an old password to access EagleConnect during the upgrade you will need to use your current password. If you are still having issues please reset you password at our Account Management Site (AMS) ams.unt.edu.

The UNT website hosting service, people.unt.edu, was disabled on May 31st, 2013. If you have any questions or concerns please email helpdesk@unt.edu.

At this time Internet Explorer 10 has not been listed as compatible with my.unt.edu and Blackboard Learn. While IE10 may work fine, if you do experience any issues with UNT websites (especially MyUNT) please try using compatibility mode or an alternative browser such as Firefox or Google Chrome
.Recently exploits have been found concerning older versions of Java 1.7. The UIT Helpdesk recommends immediately upgrading to the latest version of Java.
