Helpdesk Mission

The Computing and Information Technology Center (CITC) Helpdesk serves as a first point of contact for computing and information technology problems or questions at the University of North Texas. The Helpdesk staff have primary responsibility for supporting computing services provided directly by the CITC, and also provide a link to distributed computer support areas in the various colleges, departments and administrative units. The CITC Helpdesk strives to provide the highest level of customer service by making available accurate technical information, and by supporting communication between customers and technical staff as well as by enhancing information flow between technical staff members.
