| Can I be reprimanded for contacting someone in Human Resources? | |
| No staff member shall be disciplined, penalized, restrained, coerced or otherwise prejudiced in his or her employment, in any manner whatsoever, for exercising the rights or remedies provided for in the University Policy Manual. However, employees may not use University policies and procedures for the purpose of disrupting operations of the work unit or the University. In such cases, the employee may receive disciplinary action. |
