Coordinates the Alternative Dispute Resolution Program, Employee Assistance Program and the complaint/grievance process in order to foster communication and resolve conflict on campus.

Advertises, screens, and refers internal and external applicants to vacant staff positions.
Records/Systems

Administers all leave policies and programs; maintains all hard copy and electronic personnel data; employment verifications, FMLA/SLP Administration; oversees web development and departmental computer support
