Explanation of Variance/Comments: The number of hours "Paid for Contract Staff" is for contracted individuals working on the implementation of the University's new enterprise information system for student administration, finance, contributor relations, human resources and payroll. None of the contracted individuals worked on the last day of the quarter ending May 31, 2003.
