Pre-1 students take lab class two times a week. We work hard in lab. We study English on the computer. We use different computer programs. Cloze Factory helps us practice verbs. Rhubarb helps our listening, reading, and vocabulary. Our lab teacher is a very good teacher.

We are a special class because all the men and women are single. We are shopping for girlfriends and boyfriends. Here are our advertisements. They describe the girlfriends and boyfriends we are looking for.

Level 1 Lab class students say welcome to IELI and to UNT. Many people work in the lab. The lab assistants help us. For example, they show us how to use the computers, videos, and listening tapes. In our lab class, our lab teacher helps us to practice listening, grammar, reading, and speaking. We learn how to open an e-mail account and how to send e-mail. We practice English by sending e-mail to our teacher.
