R.S.V.P. for Inaugural Events
Thank you for taking the time to let us know whether you will be attending the inauguration events.
Please read the directions below carefully to find out how to better use this system.
Please R.S.V.P. by March 23
- If you received an invitation in the mail
Use our online R.S.V.P. system to let us know if you will be attending the installation ceremony, get tickets to the picnic or the Emerald Ball fundraiser. You will be asked to enter your invitation code. The code is printed above your name on the invitation envelope. If you don't have your code handy, you can still R.S.V.P. online by identifying yourself.
- If you didn't receive an invitation in the mail
Use our online R.S.V.P. system and let us know who you are and which of the events you are planning to attend. You will be given the opportunity to print picnic tickets, purchase tickets to the Emerald Ball fundraiser, or donate to our Eagle Scholars fund.
- UNT faculty, staff and students
You do not have to register to attend any of the free ceremonies. However if you want to attend the Emerald Ball, you will need to purchase tickets.
- Delegates representing institutions of higher learning
You can use our online R.S.V.P. system to let us know whether you are planning to attend the installation ceremony, picnic, or want to purchase tickets to the Emerald Ball, a fundraiser benefiting need-based undergraduate scholarships at UNT. If you R.S.V.P online that you are unable to attend, you will be given the option in the system to use our faculty database to search for alumni who might be able to represent your institution in the installation ceremony.
