Those wanting a permanent indicator of their ties to UNT can make that desire a reality by participating in the Student Government Association's Adopt-A-Brick campaign.

Through the end of April, bricks can be purchased for $30 each and engraved with the name of the purchaser or a customized message.

In May, the bricks will be used to create a walkway and platform on the north side of the University Union, adjacent to an area slated to house UNT's Spirit Bell and Boomer, the victory cannon. The campaign benefits the SGA scholarship program.

To purchase a brick, visit the SGA web site (www.unt.edu/sga) and follow the Adopt-A-Brick link; call the SGA office at (940) 565-3850; stop by the office, located on the second floor of the University Union, Room 216B, to pick up an order form; or send e-mail to Justin Couchman, director of operations for SGA, at jcouchman@dsa.admin.unt.edu.
