COMMENT: My daughter is attending her fourth semester at the University of North Texas. Every time I have had an occasion to call the university, the staff has been very helpful and polite. The personnel who answer the phones for the residence halls, the University Union and up have always been considerate and understanding, whether answering my question or directing me to the correct department that can help. Thank you for providing such wonderful, friendly people on your campus.
