Staff awards presented at sack lunch

Several staff members were honored at the Staff Sack Lunch Feb. 28. Outstanding staff awards were presented to Maureen Clouse, Housing; Hank Dickenson, Athletics; Robert Lothringer, Academy for Research and Professional Development; and Cathy Wilkinson, School of Community Service.

Outstanding department awards went to Computer Support Services in the College of Arts and Sciences, Network Computing in the Computing Center, and Public Affairs and Information Services.

Librarian Edward Gonzalez received a Top Ideas for Productivity and Savings award for his suggestion to add a curb cut at the north east corner of the Mulberry Street and Avenue C intersection, improving accessibility for mobility challenged individuals. Soaring Eagles, nominated by their peers for customer service, were also honored.
