ROUTINE ACADEMIC REPORTS
PERTINENT FACTS
1) FACULTY WORKLOAD REPORT, SPRING 2000
This report is made pursuant to the University Policy governing academic workload. We are able to certify to the Coordinating Board that the University is complying with minimum standard workload requirements established by the Board of Regents.
2) END OF SEMESTER ENROLLMENT, SPRING 2000
Section 51.403(d), Texas Education Code, specifies that the chief executive officer of each institution shall provide its governing board with reports comparing student enrollments in each class on the last day with enrollments on the twelfth class day of each fall and spring semester. These are reports first called for in House Bill 1012 (65th Legislature) to be submitted in a format prescribed by the Coordinating Board. The report is available in the Office of the Registrar, Eagle Student Services Center, Room 202.
RECOMMENDATION TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS
No action required on items 1 and 2 above. Procedures are being followed according to Coordinating Board and University guidelines on reporting. It is requested that the Board of Regents accept these reports as submitted.
