2000-2001 BUDGET RECOMMENDATION

PERTINENT FACTS

The 2000-01 budget for the University has been prepared in accordance with the Appropriations Bill and other applicable laws. Any employment contract which confirms a base salary set in accordance with this budget and entered into in accordance with the Bylaws of the Board of Regents is in the best interest of the institution.

RECOMMENDATION TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS

As described above, it is recommended that the Board of Regents approve the 2000-01 operating budget of the University.
