ESTABLISHMENT OF HOLIDAYS FOR FY 01/02
PERTINENT FACTS
State law allows the governing body of an institution of higher education to establish the holiday schedule for the institution. The holidays may be set on any days the Board chooses, but the number of holidays may not exceed the total number of days to which employees of other State agencies are entitled. It has been determined that the other agencies will observe thirteen (13) holidays during FY 01/02.
