ROUTINE ACADEMIC REPORT

PERTINENT FACTS

END OF SEMESTER ENROLLMENT, SPRING 2001

Section 51.403(d), Texas Education Code, specifies that the chief executive officer of each institution shall provide its governing board with reports comparing student enrollments in each class on the last day with enrollments on the twelfth class day of each fall and spring semester. These are reports first called for in House Bill 1012 (65th Legislature) to be submitted in a format prescribed by the Coordinating Board. The report is available in the Office of the Registrar, Eagle Student Services Center, Room 202.

RECOMMENDATION TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS

No action required. Procedures are being followed according to Coordinating Board and University guidelines on reporting. It is requested that the Board of Regents accept the report as submitted.
