Awards presented at sack lunch

Several staff members were honored at the Staff Sack Lunch Oct. 18. Receiving Outstanding Staff Awards were Dianne Markley, Cooperative Education; Joey Saxon, Student Accounting and Cashiering Services; Doug Welch, Risk Management and Environmental Services; and Pam Yarbrough, International Studies and Programs. Outstanding Department awards went to Cooperative Education and the Grounds Department.

Eagle Partner Awards, recognizing efforts to retain and recruit students, went to Kathy Moore, Housing; and Linda Holloway, Rehabilitation, Social Work and Addictions. Terry Tehan, Accounting, received a Top Ideas for Productivity and Savings award for her suggestion that buildings on campus have evacuation plans. Soaring Eagles, nominated by their peers for customer service, were also honored.
