Almost 3,500 people provide input for UNT's branding campaign Nearly 3,500 people left opinions and comments online during a 10-day period that allowed the university family to have a say about multiple new graphic identity images being developed as part of UNT's branding campaign.
The UNT System is collecting contact information from people interested in being informed about its pursuit of opening a public law school in Dallas. Policy changes designed to make parking at UNT more user friendly New policies implemented by the UNT Parking Office are intended to reduce frustration associated with parking on a growing campus where convenient spaces are difficult to find, says Scott Kangas, associate director of parking services. He says the office is taking steps to make the parking experience a little less problematic.

Operation Eagle 2004 deadline extended Operation Eagle 2004, which is collecting supplies for schools damaged by last fall's hurricanes, has been extended until Friday, March 4. Student serving in Iraq completes his course work with help from UNT professors Sgt. Oscar Lopez, a marine reservist, was reactivated last August to serve in Operation Iraqi Freedom. At the time, Lopez, a UNT accounting senior, was five courses short of completing his degree, so he approached O. Finley Graves, professor and chair of the accounting department, about taking Intermediate Accounting II while serving in Iraq. He took his textbooks with him overseas and corresponded electronically with Graves about the course.
