Faculty, staff Spanish classes starting soon

¡Hola, UNT amigos! Time is running out to sign up for spring Spanish classes so you can begin building your Español vocabulary, learning phrases necessary to communicate with coworkers or just refreshing your memory.

The level I and II classes begin Feb. 7 and end April 20. The $30 fee is due at the first class. The text, Spanish Now Level I, is $18.95 and available at the UNT Bookstore.

"We've had a really positive response, from people who want to take a trip to a Spanish-speaking country to people who work with others who primarily speak Spanish and want to be able to better communicate with their coworkers," says Patricia Cukor-Avila, associate professor of English.
