2005 Honors Day nomination forms are due Dec. 17

The Honors Day Committee is accepting nominations for Honors Day awards for 2005.

Students, faculty and staff may nominate individuals in four categories: Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges, UNT Community Award, President's Award and Special Recognition Award.

Nomination forms are to be distributed through campus mail this month. All nominations and supporting materials are to be sent to the Honors Day Committee and may be delivered to the vice president for student development's office, Hurley Administration Building, Room 202. The deadline for award nominations is Dec. 17.

The awards will be presented at the Honors Day ceremony at 3 p.m. April 8 at the Murchison Performing Arts Center.

All nominations for the awards must be made on official nomination forms. For more information, call the Office of Student Development at (940) 565-4909.
