Core Oversight Committee Time Table for Core Course Reviews

FALL SEMESTER

July - Associate Deans notify Department Chairs of courses scheduled for review.

Fall Semester - Core Oversight calendar goes into effect

2nd week - course reports due to committee
3rd-9th weeks - subcommittees review and evaluate submitted materials
10th-12th weeks - Oversight Committee reviews subcommittee reports and makes recommendation reports.
12th-14th weeks - Report to Faculty Senate Executive Committee
15th week - results of reviews are distributed to the appropriate departments from Vice President for Academic Affair's Office.

SPRING SEMESTER
